Great Event At Upton Park Today
Today was the book launch of "I Played With Bobby Moore" (89 players apparently) by Tim Crane (take a bow Tim). It was wonderful to meet some of the players I idolised as a kid. Peter Eustace came all the way from Derbyshire and Dudley Tyler from Herefordshire. Amongst the others who attended were ; Martin Peters, Ken Brown, Peter Brabrook, Dennis Burnett, Brian Dear, Peter Grotier, John Ayris, Lawrie Leslie, Trevor Hartley, Alan Stephenson, Kevin Lock and many more.

A truly brilliant day and I should think the book will make a great Christmas present.

"I Played With Joey Beauchamp" would be a pretty quick read, too.

Nice one mate

Wonder if any of our modern players will ever get such a book written about them?
